About Tuition
Fall-Spring Classes - Fall-Spring class tuition is based on a nine-month year. It includes four free tickets to attend the Spring Concert and all costume and production fees associated with the Concert performance. Tuition may be broken down into nine monthly payments and is due on the first of every month. Tuition is considered overdue on the fifth of the month, and students with unpaid tuition fees at that time may be prohibited from attending class. The first month of tuition must be received before a student can begin class.
Summer Classes - Full tuition must be received before a student can begin class. Monthly payments are not available for summer tuition unless otherwise noted in the brochure.
Tuition is not pro-rated due to holidays, weather cancellations, vacations, number of weeks in the month, or unattended classes. Refunds will be made only for prolonged illnesses or severe injury as verified by a doctor. Class sizes are limited and registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment will be cancelled with refunds issued. Class schedules are subject to change. Class placement is at the instructor’s discretion. Registration forms and first month’s fees must be completed before the student can attend class.
A 10% discount will be given to students who pay full tuition at the time of initial registration. There are no refunds if the student discontinues class for any reason. Please consider this carefully before paying for the entire year.
Rose Member Discount
The annual $15 enrollment fee is waived for Rose members. Please provide your member number at the time of registration.
Sibling Discount
A $5 per class discount is offered for siblings. The student enrolled with the highest tuition pays full price; siblings of that student receive the discount.
Financial Aid
Financial aid is available for students who qualify. For an application, contact Carla Podraza.
Adding and Dropping Classes
To avoid fees, an ADD/DROP form must be submitted to Carla Podraza or Sue Gillespie Booton prior to the start of the next month’s tuition deadline. ADD/DROP forms are available at the studio or may be emailed to you.
Tuition Payment
Monthly BROADWAY tuition payments can be made online. Note: All first time users of this system will need to establish a new password by clicking on “I don’t know my password.” Tuition may also be mailed to The Rose Theater (Attn: Deprecia) or placed in a Payment Box. Boxes are located at both The Rose and Rose West Studio. Auto payment is available upon request.
