Creating Bold Characters
This class feature a year-long curriculum that introduces young actors to script work. Students will begin in depth training of character development technique, improvisational acting and role drama. Students will also learn stage combat, prop design, auditioning techniques and more. Students will learn to build strong characters by strengthening vocal and physical choices through improvisation, puppetry design, performance design and adapting stories for the stage. Spring Class Prerequisite: Students must complete fall and/or winter session. This class is located at The Rose Theater downtown (2001 Farnam St).
