The Rose Theater offers several rental spaces to the public. Spaces are rented when available based on schedules for Rose main stage productions, teen theater productions and education classes and workshop schedules. When time and space permit, the following areas are available for rent:
- Main Auditorium (900 seats)
- Main Lobby
- Mezzanine
- Hitchcock (Black Box) Theater (130 seats)
- Classrooms
- Birthday Room
- Rehearsal Hall
