Tickets are non-refundable; however, they may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show title, pending availability. If you have been issued physical tickets, they must be returned to the Box Office.  Exchanges are free up to 24 hours prior to the show; a $2 per ticket free applied thereafter.

To make an exchange, contact the Box Office at (402) 345-4849 or info@rosetheater.org.  A message left on voice mail is acceptable notification.  A staff member will call you back to make the exchange.
