What happens once I purchase membership?
Membership packets will be mailed starting in August and will contain membership cards and a welcome newsletter. If you did not select your show dates and times upon enrollment, your packet will also include a show reservation form. Reservations are required to redeem your free tickets, and early reservations are recommended as show times do occasionally sell out.
When will my membership card be needed?
Please bring your membership card when attending shows. It will be required at Will Call. Your member ID number will also be needed when placing reservations and registering for classes at the member rate. A $5 replacement fee applies.
How do I reserve my free tickets for the seven regular season shows?

How do I reserve tickets to the premium event shows and what do I save?
Members may purchase up to ten tickets to each premium event show at the member rate of $18 for main floor and $13 for balcony. This is a $7 per ticket discount off the regular Box Office prices. By purchasing early, you can guarantee the best seats at these reserved-seating shows. Member reservations for premium event shows are available by calling (402) 345-4849 or online through the Member Center. A $2.50 surcharge applies to phone and online orders.
What is the member discounts for classes?
Members receive a $10 discount off total tuition of $80 or more per child, per session on DRAMA classes and a waiver of the $15 registration fee for BROADWAY Classes.
What is the member discount at Rose Costume Rental?
Members receive a 10% discount on all rentals – even during the month of October.
How do I get my free tickets?
Free member tickets are not mailed. Once reservations have been placed, the tickets may be picked up at Will Call the day of show or from the Box Office anytime between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday though Friday. Tickets unclaimed five minutes prior to the show may be released and sold.
If I forget to make reservations, can I use my four free tickets for a different show?
We’re sorry, but tickets may only be used for the production in which they were issued.
Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, they may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show title, pending availability. If you have been issued physical tickets, they must be returned to the Box Office. Exchanges are free up to 24 hours prior to the show; a $2 per ticket free applied thereafter. To make an exchange, contact the Box Office at (402) 345-4849 or email@example.com. A message left on voice mail is acceptable notification. A staff member will call you back as soon as possible to make the exchange.
Does my toddler count as a member?
Children under the age of two are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
What is the membership term?
Memberships are active Sept. 1st through August 31st of the following year. You may redeem member benefits for classes and shows that take place within that period.
Are Rose memberships transferable?
Memberships are non-transferable; however, you may invite others to use your show tickets provided you, as the member, make the reservations. Your membership card will need to be presented when picking up the tickets.
If I move out of town, can I get a partial refund on my membership?
We’re sorry, but memberships are non-refundable in part or in full.
