Ever wanted to know what goes on behind the curtain, the creativity and the fun that is The Rose Theater? This summer, families, friends and fans of The Rose will have that chance through the newly created, “Golden Microphone” video series, hosted by The Rose Theater’s summer marketing intern, Sarah Leeper. This series was created with intent of exposing the lesser known areas of the theater such as special summer camps, how actors truly feel about performing on the mainstage and what it takes to lead a class for our young aspiring stars. Fremont, Nebraska native Sarah Leeper has taken her love of expression and the arts to The Rose Theater as their summer marketing intern. She has just completed her second year of college studying marketing and public relations and is a youth motivational speaker. Since starting at The Rose, Sarah has found a new love for NEWSIES!, but we all know that her dream role would be Elle Woods.
