You can redeem a number of member benefits online by using your member log-in and password. These benefits include:

If you purchased your membership online, you were asked to create a password. Please use this password for all online order.
If you purchased your membership by phone or by order form, you were asked to supply an email address. Your log-in is your email address and your password is the first six characters of your email address.

Membership may be renewed online for a discounted rate until August 1. After August 1, we are unable to offer this rate online, but will be happy to honor the discounted rate in person or on the phone. Please contact The Rose Box Office at (402) 345-4849 to receive this discount.
Members are invited to a special Member Day, featuring class demonstrations, storytelling, balloon artists, face painting, building tours and more. Admission is free for the number of people included in your membership.

When is The Rose Box Office open?
The Rose Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm. On performance weekends, the Box Office will answer phones from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
What is the membership term for the 2017-18 season?
2017-18 memberships are valid from September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018. All member benefits are valid during that time frame, including discounts on additional tickets, premium events, classes and costume rentals.
When do I need my member ID card?
You will be asked for your membership ID number when making reservations, purchasing additional show tickets, registering for classes, picking up tickets at Will Call and renting costumes.
What if I lose my member ID card?
Replacement cards are $5 each. Please call Mandy Aleksiak at (402) 502-4637 to purchase a replacement card.
Can other people use my membership?
Yes, you may invite friends and family to use your show tickets as long as you, the member, make the reservation. When your guest picks up tickets at the Will Call table, your membership card will need to be presented. We’re sorry, but we cannot change the name the tickets are being held under. Your guest must request the tickets using your name. As such, member tickets may not be given away as raffles or other prizes.
How do I make reservations and purchase tickets?
If you did not reserve your show dates and purchase premium event tickets as part of the registration process, you may do so at anytime by calling (402) 345-4849, mailing in the reservation form or reserving tickets in person at The Rose Box Office. Early reservations are recommended, as membership does not guarantee date and performance time availability.
Can I make reservations and purchase tickets online?
As a member, you can purchase tickets to premium shows at the reduced member rate online. You may also reserve additional $10 tickets to member shows online.
Due to software limitations, members may not reserve free member tickets, confirm existing reservations or make exchanges online. For these services, please call the Box Office at (402) 345-4849.
Can I exchange my tickets for a different performance date of the same show?
Yes! We are happy to make exchanges for the same show title, subject to availability. To make an exchange, please call the Box Office at (402) 345-4849 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled performance. Once issued, physical tickets must be returned to the Box Office.
If you call to exchange your tickets and receive a recording, please leave a message. Leaving a message is acceptable notification. A Box Office representative will return your call in order to reschedule your performance date.
If you do not call at least 24 hours in advance to exchange your tickets, a $2 per ticket fee will be charged for rescheduling your member tickets. This fee is waived for Patron and Capital Campaign Donor Members.
If I forget to make reservations for one of the seven season shows and it sells out, may I use my member tickets for a different show title?
Members are provided up to four tickets to each of the seven regular season shows. Tickets may not be rolled over and applied to a different production.
What options do I have for picking up my tickets?
Once reservations are made, tickets will be available for pick up at the Box Office during regular Box Office hours. Members may also pick up their tickets at Will Call on the day of the performance. If you have not picked up your tickets from Will Call ten minutes prior to the start of the show, they may be released. The lobby opens 45 minutes prior to showtime.
Tickets for The Rose’s two premium event shows The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and Newsies are mailed approximately one month prior to the opening of each show. Regular season show tickets are not mailed.
What if I have more than four people who want to attend a show?
Members can purchase additional tickets to regular season shows for only $12 each. A $2.50 per ticket surcharge applies to all phone and online orders. Members may avoid the surcharge by visiting the Box Office in person.
Is there a limited number of additional $12 tickets my family can purchase?
Members may purchase up to ten additional tickets at the reduced $12 rate for regular season shows. If you need more than ten additional tickets, please call Melissa Richter at (402) 502-4625.
As a member, how much do I save on tickets to premium event shows?
Members may purchase up to ten discounted tickets ($7 off) to each premium show. If you wish to purchase more than ten premium event tickets, please call Melissa Richter at (402) 502-4625.
What is the member discount on classes?
The $15 registration fee is waived for Rose Theater members.
What is the member discount on costume rentals?
Members receive a 10% discount on costume rentals – even in October!
Can my membership tickets be used for school field trips?
For a variety of reasons including royalty agreements and software tracking, member tickets cannot be used for school field trip performances.
