What happens once I purchase membership?
Membership materials will be distributed in August. It will contain information about how to book your free member tickets online as well as all of the programs The Rose has to offer.
How do I reserve my free tickets for member event shows?
If you did not select your show dates and times upon enrollment, you may do so by calling the Box Office at (402) 345-4849. You may now book your member tickets ONLINE! Log in to your account by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of The Rose website. Once you are logged in, the system will recognize you as a Rose member when you click the “Purchase Tickets” button on any show page.
How do I reserve additional tickets to the member event shows and what do I save?
Members may purchase up to ten additional tickets per show for only $12 each. This is a $8 discount of the standard price. To purchase additional tickets at the $12 rate, call the Box Office at (402) 345-4849 or purchase online through the Member Center. A $5.00 surcharge applies to phone and online orders.
How do I reserve tickets to the premium event shows and what do I save?
Members may purchase up to ten tickets to each premium event show. The member rate for premium shows is $20 for main floor and $15 for balcony. This is a $7 per ticket discount off the regular Box Office prices. By purchasing early, you can guarantee the best seats at these reserved-seating shows. Member reservations for premium event shows are available by calling (402) 345-4849 or online through the Member Center. A $5.00 surcharge applies to phone and online orders.
What is the member discounts for classes?
Members receive a waiver of the $15 registration fee for BROADWAY and DRAMA at The Rose Classes.
How do I get my free tickets?
Free member tickets are not mailed. Once reservations have been placed, tickets can be scanned off your smart device, or picked up at will call for their designated performance. Tickets unclaimed five minutes prior to the show may be released and sold.
If I forget to make reservations, can I use my free tickets for a different show?
We’re sorry, but tickets may only be used for the production in which they were issued.
Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, they may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show title, pending availability. Exchanges are free up to 24 hours prior to the show; a $2 per ticket fee applied thereafter. To make an exchange, contact the Box Office at (402) 345-4849 or email@example.com. A message left on voice mail is acceptable notification. A staff member will call you back as soon as possible to make the exchange.
Does my toddler count as a member?
For shows presented on the Mainstage, children under the age of two are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
What is the membership term?
For the 2021-22 season, membership benefits start on June 1st and are active through August 31st of the following year. You may redeem member benefits for classes and shows that take place within that period.
Are Rose memberships transferable?
Memberships are non-transferable; however, you may invite others to use your show tickets provided you, as the member, make the reservations.
If I move out of town, can I get a partial refund on my membership?
We’re sorry, but memberships are non-refundable in part or in full.
Can my membership tickets be used for school field trips?
For a variety of reasons, including royalty agreements and software tracking, member tickets cannot be used for school field trip performances.
